The device is designed for use on the face and neck, but can also be used on the arms, legs, shoulders. Select the mode you require, 1 Red, 2 Amber, 3 Green, 4 Yellow, 5 Cyan, 6 Blue, 7 Purple. Select the desired intensity of vibration. Slide over the face and neck and refer to IM for diagrams of movements. Use a low intensity level when used on the delicate area under the eyes using outward strokes. The recommeneded usage time is 15-20 minutes. Turn off once you are finished.
