Moisturiser: 1. Start with clean, dry and cleansed skin 2. Squeeze a 10p size amount of moisturiser onto clean fingertips 3. Massage into the skin on the face and the neck

Squeeze a 10p size amount of shower gel onto the palm of your hand, add a splash of water and lather up 2. Massage on to the skin 3.
